About me

Prior to my current position, I was a Postdoctoral Associate and Research Associate Scientist at Yale University supervised by Dr. Mark Gerstein.
My Ph.D. research was advised by Dr. Pedro A. F. Galante and Dr. Anamaria A. Camargo at the Centro de Oncologia Molecular - IEP/ Hospital Sirio-Libanes. However, my Ph.D. is formally from the Biochemistry program at Chemistry Institute, at Universidade de Sao Paulo. I graduated in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal de São Carlos
